The Skare Expedition Ws from Lundhags is the ideal companion for adventurous women who enjoy challenging hikes, extended trekking tours, or expeditions. This technical high-shell boot combines functionality with comfort and features a rugged 3-layer shell construction. The upper is made of high-quality Heinen Terracare nubuck leather, complemented by an insulating Ariaprene layer and a comfortable microfiber lining. This ensures not only protection from the elements but also a pleasantly dry feel.
The lower part of the boot is extremely durable and is made of Certech EXP, which features a waterproof Liba Smart® outer layer, EVA foam, and microfiber. This combination provides excellent insulation and shock absorption, even on rough terrain. The Vibram Traction outsole, with its grippy tread, offers excellent traction on a wide variety of terrain, while the reinforced TPU toe cap provides additional protection.
A key feature is Heel Fit Control (HFC™), which ensures a better heel fit and enhances comfort. The Moen Wool insole, with a wool felt lining and bio-based PU foam, provides additional comfort and warmth. Thanks to its wide fit and durable laces made from 100% recycled polyester, the boot is also suitable for women with higher arches. Manufactured in Portugal, the Skare Expedition Ws stands for quality and sustainability.
