The facts at a glance
La Sportiva Alpine Guide Primaloft Hoody Men
The Alpine Guide Primaloft Hoody Men by La Sportiva is the ideal companion for demanding mountaineers and climbers who value protection and versatility. Designed specifically for technical mountaineering, this hoody features Pertex® Quantum fabric and Diamond Fuse technology for exceptional durability and abrasion resistance, even on the roughest climbs. Thanks to the strategically placed PrimaLoft® Gold insulation, the body remains comfortably warm even when temperatures drop, while the lightweight design guarantees ultimate freedom of movement on the ascent and descent
The well thought-out construction of the sleeves prevents the jacket from riding up during overhead movements, which is particularly advantageous during climbing activities. The Alpine Guide Primaloft Hoody can be worn as a stand-alone jacket or under a hard shell, making it an extremely versatile garment. The chest pocket also serves as a compression bag, which makes it easy to store in a backpack without taking up too much space
Another highlight is the Vapovent™ insert on the back, which provides increased breathability and dissipates excess heat so you stay dry and comfortable even during intense activities. Whether you're mountaineering, alpine touring or hiking, this hoody maintains body heat and maximizes breathability to support you on your next adventure

How to measure
- 1. Height:Stand up straight with your feet and back against a wall. Place a flat object (e.g. book) on your head and hold it horizontally against the wall. Now you can measure from the bottom edge of the object to the floor.
- 2. Collar circumference:Measured around the larynx. Measured at the level of the larynx. The tape should not constrict and must be passed around the neck horizontally.
- 3. Sleeve length:The distance from top of shoulder joint to arm wrist. Angle the arm slightly and pass the tape through the elbow as well.
- 4. Chest:Measure the circumference at the widest part of the chest (under the armpits)
- 5. Waist:Measured the waist circumference below the navel. The measuring tape should not constrict the belly keeping the tape horizontal around the body.
- 6. Hips:Measure the hips circumference at the fullest part of the seat keeping the tape horizontal around the body.
