The Ethos Mips Shield bike helmet from Giro is the perfect choice for anyone who wants to be safe and visible on their bike every day. Equipped with a robust In-Mold polycarbonate shell and an EPS inner shell, it offers optimum protection while remaining lightweight at approx. 505 g in size M. The integrated MIPS® safety system provides additional protection in the event of a fall by minimizing the rotational forces on the head.
A special highlight of this helmet are the integrated LEDlights at the front and rear, which not only offer various flashingand continuous light functions, but also have an innovative direction blinker function. These LEDs can be controlled via a Bluetoothremote control on the handlebars and can be conveniently charged via the USB-C interface. With a burn time of up to 11 hours in flashing mode and a light output of 25 lumens at the front and 15 lumens at the rear, the lights meet the FL-1 and IP-65 standards, which ensures long-lasting functionality.
Comfort is a top priority with this helmet: The Roc Loc® City Mips adjustment system allows individual adjustment to the head size, while moisture-absorbing helmet pads and an extra-lightweight strap system with Slimline™ fastener ensure a comfortable fit. Reflective zones further increase visibility and an adjustable lens offers protection from wind and weather. A replacement lens in Smoke (gray tint) is available separately.
