Edelrid Moe 3R

The Moe 3R from Edelrid is an innovative climbing harness that has been specially developed for climbing and bouldering activities. This harness sets new standards in sustainability by being the first partially recycled sport climbing harness on the market. All textile materials, including the padding, are made from recycled polyester and ensure environmentally friendly use. Thanks to the butterfly shape, the harness offers optimum load distribution and increased hanging comfort, making it ideal for long climbing sessions.
The harness is equipped with numerous practical features that make climbing safer and more comfortable. Four gear loops provide sufficient space for the necessary equipment, while two attachment options for ice screwsclips and a loop for the chalk bag on the back offer additional functionality. The fully opening hip belt with a self-locking Slide-Block buckle guarantees safe and comfortable donning.
A particular focus is on the use of bluesign® certified materials and pure polyester, which enables easy return to the recycling process. The large central ring made from recycled polyester in a core-shell construction offers a high level of comfort when standing and belaying. In addition, the parallel tie-in points on the hip and leg loop bridges are equipped with textile abrasion protection made from an HMPE/polyamide blend. A red wear indicator in the load-bearing straps and in the central ring ensures additional safety and durability of the harness.
