The Freerider 28 SL from Deuter is a versatile backpack that has been specially developed for outdoorenthusiasts who love activities such as hiking, ski touring, snowboarding, freeskiing, snowshoeing, mountaineering, climbing, bouldering, speed hiking and running. With a volume of 28 liters, this unisex backpack offers enough space for your equipment and impresses with its well thought-out features and functionality.
A special highlight of the Freerider is the completely hinged back opening, which allows quick and easy access to equipment, while the back system stays dry when you take it off. The robust, breathable and snow-repellent material ensures a dry back, even in adverse weather conditions. Safety comes first with the Freerider: a specially developed safety compartment provides quick access to a probe and shovel in an emergency, while the SOS label with emergency numbers offers additional safety.
The backpack is equipped with a variable attachment system that allows skis, snowboard and snowshoes to be quickly and easily attached to the outside - skis can be attached both diagonally and in A-shape, while snowboard and snowshoes can be attached vertically. Other practical features include the ice axe holder, the goggle holder on the shoulder strap, a reinforced safety compartment, a Delrin(R)U frame as well as an infinitely adjustable chest strap and hip fins with loops for optimum carrying comfort.
The Freerider is also equipped with an inner compartment for valuables, a stretchinner compartment for wet clothing or hydration bladder and a device for hydration bladders up to 3 liters. The Alpine System and the individually adjustable back length from 38 to 48 cm ensure a perfect fit and outstanding stability on all your adventures.
