The backpack can be slimmed down and converted into a simpler, lighter backpack by removing the hip belt and lid and combining them into a practical hip bag. The backpack is also equipped with numerous attachment points for equipment such as skis, hiking poles and ice axes. Removable lid (saves 55 g of weight). At the same time the lid is height adjustable and equipped with a large outer pocket with key clip. Hip belt and lid can be removed and joined together to form a small hip bag.
