Bergans Helium V5 40

The ultralight favorite from Bergans celebrates its 20 anniversary in 2021. The Helium V5 is the latest generation of a family of backpacks that have been around the world (including all three poles). These backpacks are appreciated by explorers on expeditions as well as ordinary hikers alike. For the fifth generation of Helium backpacks, we pulled out all the stops and developed our own fabric made of high quality Ripstop Nylon 66 and Black Dyneema®. This fabric features incredible strength and durability. The carrying comfort is not neglected and this despite the fact that the backpack is ultra-lightweight. A combination of adjustable back length, straps with triple density foam and a movable hip belt provide a comfortable carrying experience. Compared to backpacks of the same size and with the same carrying comfort, this one performs very well in terms of weight. In addition, the Helium V5 40 is designed to be slimmed down and converted into a simpler and much lighter backpack. When you need less luggage, you simply remove the hip belt and lid and combine them into a hip bag. Clever and simple! Another difference from previous models is the diagonal full-length zipper, which gives you super easy access to luggage. Apart from that, you can still rely on the versatile and highly functional outdoor backpack that it has always remained in its 20-year success story.
