The facts at a glance
Atomic BCT Mountaineering SQS
The BCT Mountaineering SQS from Atomic are the ideal companions for anyone who wants to move safely in the mountains, whether on skis or on high-altitude tours. These telescoping poles are equipped with an innovative safety quick-release system (SQS) that immediately releases the strap under load to prevent injuries.
Thanks to the adjustable length ranging from 115 to 135 cm and the reliable Power-Lock locking system, the poles can be easily adjusted to suit your individual needs. The 5-aluminum-tube technology offers maximum stability and durability, as the poles are made of premium 7075 aluminum with very high tensile strength.
A special highlight is the folding pole technology, which consists of five sections connected by an internal cord. This allows the poles to be easily folded down to a compact 40 cm, making transport and storage much easier. Whether you’re touring, riding all-mountain, or hitting the deep snow—with the BCT Mountaineering SQS, you’ll be perfectly equipped.
