The Link GTX W'S from AKU is the ideal companion for women who enjoy hiking, going on longer trekking tours, or venturing out on approach trails and via ferrata routes. This lightweight and precise trekking shoe offers optimal comfort and protection on moderately difficult trekking tours and easy trails. The upper is made of durable nylon and features a comfortable forefoot area that ensures a pleasant fit.
Particularly noteworthy is the protection in the toe and heel areas, which is reinforced by a sturdy rubber trim to prevent abrasion. Thanks to the waterproof Gore-Tex insole, your feet stay dry even in wet conditions. The floating tongue, combined with the elastic insole, provides additional comfort. The heel features an extremely cushioned, asymmetrical structure that absorbs impact while walking.
The sole of the Link GTX W'S features innovative Vibram Weave technology, which provides excellent traction and stability. With a low-cut design and laces measuring 130 cm in length, the shoe offers a flexible fit. The insole, made of 1.5 mm nylon combined with die-cut VA, gives the shoe the flexibility needed for demanding hikes.
