Safe on the slopes with Dainese
With the right protective equipment, fun on the slopes can come first. That's why the Italian brand Dainese has been working on the development and production of reliable helmets and body armour as well as ski clothing and goggles for winter sports enthusiasts since 1972. We present some highlights from the 2022/2023 winter collection, with which you can enjoy carefree skiing days.
Head protection: Nucleo Mips & Elemento
A good ski helmet must be light and comfortable and - especially important - offer the necessary protection in case of possible falls. With 50 years of know-how in the field of helmets, Dainese develops models that are ultra-light and robust at the same time. For this, the manufacturer relies on hybrid constructions as well as proven technologies such as the MIPS system.
This is also the case with the aerodynamic Dainese Nucleo Mips ski helmet, which was designed around the skier's head. In addition to the aforementioned MIPS system, this model also uses Reverse Safe technology. It combines a ring of ABS armoring for multi-impact protection with an extra-light shell. This provides extra protection for the most vulnerable areas of the head.
Comfort is also guaranteed with the Nucleo Mips ski helmet. This is ensured by the BOA closure system, with which you can precisely adjust the fit of the helmet. Special slits in the structure also channel the air flow between the inner area and the shell for a pleasant climate.

Alternatively, you can choose the Elemento ski helmet from Dainese. This model is synonymous with lightness and meets the strictest certification standards such as CE EN 1077 type B and ASTM F-2040. The shell of the helmet is made of polycarbonate and foamed polystyrene to absorb even violent impacts.
The Elemento also has strategically placed ventilation channels for a pleasant climate inside, as well as a practical buckle closure. Another highlight is the soft and breathable materials used for the ear protection. In the event of an impact, they expand and thus provide additional shielding.

Warm and breathable: Ski Downjacket Sport
If there is one icon in the Dainese ski jacket range, it is the Ski Downjacket. The model for men and women impresses with breathable and waterproof materials and practical features.
In the Sport Edition, the ski jacket consists of an impermeable Dermizax® EV membrane and Primaloft® Silver Cross core for optimal thermal insulation. The jacket also uses Aerogel, the lightest solid material in the world, which consists of 95 percent air and therefore takes up very little space. Nevertheless, the fabric protects you sufficiently from icy temperatures in the snow.
Other highlights of the jacket are the practical cargo pockets, the waterproof YKK® zips and the adjustable front vents for extra ventilation. A sporty design rounds off the Ski Downjacket Sport and makes it the perfect choice for a comfortable yet action-packed day of skiing.

Clear visibility in the snow: HP Horizon
A ski outfit wouldn't be complete without goggles. The accessory not only ensures clear vision but also protects your eyes from wind, snow and sun.
The HP Horizon goggle by Dainese uses high-quality Carl Zeiss® multi-layer lenses and an extra-wide field of vision to support you on challenging descents. Air inlets and an anti-fog treatment are further advantages of the ski goggles. If you wish, you can also replace the lenses with special anti-fog lenses to keep your vision clear in any situation.
