For a sustainable future
With the launch of the 2021/2022 winter collection, the brand's entire concept will focus more than ever on a sustainable circular economy. This means that even at the design stage, attention is paid to ensuring that the material can be recycled again at the end of its life cycle. To achieve this, PYUA focuses on single-variety, high-quality material components and a seam-reduced design. In addition, all products are PFC-free and no PU or PTFE membranes are used.
To ensure that the products last as long as possible, PYUA offers care instructions and a repair service. If your garment has reached the end of its life, you can have it professionally recycled by PYUA. You will even get a discount on a new product. To close the textile cycle, PYUA works together with the Wear2WearTM organization, among others. "Our new winter collection is a milestone for a sustainable future," says Managing Director Dr. Stefan Mohr. By 2025, PYUA aims to have implemented a fully circular business model.

Highlights of the new collection
Along with all the focus on sustainability, PYUA also makes no compromises when it comes to performance and design. The new winter collection from PYUA is characterized by a clean, timeless look and is therefore versatile. So the garments can be worn more often and you have to buy less different products. The Evershell Parka, for example, is perfect for the slopes and the backcountry, as well as for everyday wear.
Evershell Parka
This high-quality performance jacket is made of a 3-layer material from Sympatex, which is made from 100 percent recycled polyester. Thus, both the fabric and the membrane are recyclable. The completely undyed version also saves water and chemicals during production. At the Women's Gear Award by #she is outdoors, the Evershell Parka Undyed has already been awarded the Gold Winner.
With practical details such as the removable snow guard, helmet-compatible hood and magnets at the jacket cuffs for more freedom of movement, the Evershell Parka offers everything a ski jacket needs. In addition, the length of the parka can be adjusted so that it can be easily transformed into a jacket.
Evershell Bib Pants
Matching the parka are the Evershell Bib Pants. Like the jacket, the ski pants are made of highly functional, recycled polyester material with water-repellent and fluorocarbon-free impregnation. The functional cut ensures the necessary freedom of movement on the slopes or in deep snow. Extra long ventilation zippers on the sides bring additional comfort and make it easier to get in with snowshoes. The leg cuff is adjustable and thus reliably keeps snow out. In addition, the pants can be connected to the jacket, so that even in the deepest powder no snow can get in.
