Hydration packs and the associated drinking systems are easy to handle and provide a constant water supply on the road. The hydration bladders are stowed in the designated compartment in the backpack, usually close to the back. The drinking tube is then placed through an outlet to the outside. How large the hydration bladder should be depends on the planned activity.
