The facts at a glance
Uyn MAN Cross Country Skiing Buffercone Pants
Perfect for cross-country skiing on colder days. These softshell pants effectively protect the most exposed parts of the legs from wind and snow thanks to the exclusive MEMBRAIN115 membrane. The inside, which comes into contact with the skin, is equipped with the revolutionary BUFFERCONE technology, which retains body heat and forms an insulating layer between the skin and the fabric. In the non membrane fabric, waterproofing is achieved through a wash-resistant nanotechnology treatment. The close-fitting structure adapts to the legs and makes every movement without shrinking. Freedom of movement is increased by special 3D knit inserts on the calves with high stretch capacity.

Technologies and manufacturing processes
MEMBRAIN 115
Waterproof and breathable at the same time. UYN's exclusive intelligent membrane sets completely new standards in weather protection, elasticity and comfort. Unlike conventional membranes, Membrain115 does not restrict the elasticity of the fabric it is bonded to, making it flexible and comfortable.BUFFER CONE
The human body produces heat, the most effective form of insulation is that which prevents its loss. UYN technicians have developed a material with an innovative structure that retains heat very well. This allows for a three-dimensional, bag-like surface structure in which heated air is trapped in so-called "buffer cones," creating a buffer zone. Unlike conventional nonwoven materials, the thickness of the structure can be adjusted as desired. Based on the mapping of the heat distribution of the human body, areas with high, medium and low insulation performance can be created.

How to measure
- 1. Waist:Measured the waist circumference below the navel. The measuring tape should not constrict the belly keeping the tape horizontal around the body.
- 2. Hips:Measure the hips circumference at the fullest part of the seat keeping the tape horizontal around the body.
- 3. Inseam length:Measured on the inside of the leg from the crotch to below the ankle.
- 4. Height:Stand up straight with your feet and back against a wall. Place a flat object (e.g. book) on your head and hold it horizontally against the wall. Now you can measure from the bottom edge of the object to the floor.
