Top-of-the-line rear bike rack with a raised platform designed specifically for the Volkswagen T6. Comes fully assembled and is precisely tailored to the Volkswagen T6 for quick and easy installation. The load capacity can be increased to accommodate up to four bikes using adapters (adapters sold separately). The carrier’s elevated position ensures that the rear lights and license plate remain visible. Easy bike mounting thanks to removable bike arms with lockable Thule AcuTight torque-limiting knobs that click when the optimal torque is reached. Loading bikes is easy thanks to easily adjustable rails that slide from left to right. The adjustable bike clamps with ratchet function make it easy to secure the bikes. When the platform is not in use, it can be folded up vertically against the trunk. Lock your bikes to the bike rack (lock included). The trunk can be opened even when bikes are loaded. We offer locks and a lockable system that reduce the risk of theft but do not guarantee against the risk of theft. For added security, we recommend using the Thule Cable Lock, the Thule Wheel Strap Locks (see Accessories), or any other premium cable lock.
