Tatonka Rettungsdecke

The Tatonka emergency blanket is an essential accessory for every hiker and outdoor enthusiast. This compact and lightweight blanket is specifically designed for emergencies and should be part of every trip. Thanks to its windproof properties and its ability to reflect the body’s own heat, it offers effective protection against hypothermia. One side of the blanket is gold, the other silver, making it particularly versatile.
With its minimal weight and extremely compact size of just 12 x 5 x 1.5 cm, the emergency blanket can be easily stowed in any backpack. It is an indispensable part of any first-aid kit and is even required by law in every car first-aid kit in Germany. Whether due to a sudden change in weather or an emergency during a hike—the Tatonka emergency blanket offers reliable protection from wind and rain.
The blanket is PFC/PFAS-free, which means it is manufactured without certain chemicals. Its reflective surface ensures that body heat is effectively reflected back, which can be lifesaving in critical situations. With the Tatonka emergency blanket, you’ll be well-equipped for any outdoor challenge.
