Swix PS Polar, -14°C/-32°C, 180g

The PS Polar glide wax from Swix has been specially developed for extreme cold conditions, ideal for the temperature range from -14°C to -32°C. This unisex wax is perfect for anyone who skis in urban environments or at work. Thanks to its excellent dry friction properties and superior durability, it is ideal for both training sessions and competitions. It shows its strength especially on artificial snow and can even be used as a stand-alone racing wax in low humidity.
The application of PS Polar wax is simple: The wax is applied to the ski base using a waxing iron set to a temperature of 155°C. The speed of the waxing iron should be between 8-10 seconds for a skating or alpine ski. To maximize durability, the wax can be reheated after cooling to room temperature. Scrape off after waiting one minute to ensure optimum performance.
When conditions are warmer or humidity increases, the performance of the PS Polar can be further improved by applying additional racing products. It replaces the previous CH4X wax and offers a reliable solution for those who want to get the best out of their skiing experience in extreme cold conditions.
