The facts at a glance
Silva Discover Yellow
The Discover Yellow headlamp from Silva is the ideal companion for outdoor adventures such as camping, hiking, and trekking. With an impressive brightness of 500 lumens and a beam distance of up to 80 meters in Max mode, it provides optimal visibility in any situation. The headlamp is dust- and water-resistant according to the IP65 standard, making it particularly rugged and durable. Thanks to its hybrid technology, it can be powered either by a rechargeable battery or by 3 AAA batteries, ensuring maximum flexibility.
Special features such as the Silva Intelligent Light combine a long-range spot beam with a close-range floodlight to ensure perfect illumination. The red light preserves night vision, while the orange light makes it easier to read maps. A comfortable headband that’s easy to adjust ensures a secure fit, even on longer trips. The rubber reinforcement increases impact resistance, and the button lock prevents accidental activation.
In addition, the headlamp features a COB LED that casts fewer shadows and provides a wider beam for close-range use. The four-level battery indicator reliably shows the current battery status. Weighing just 68 grams without batteries, it is lightweight yet powerful. The Discover Yellow is compatible with a separately available helmet mount and comes with a 5-year warranty, underscoring its reliability.
