The facts at a glance
Silva Discover Blue
The Discover Blue from Silva is a versatile headlamp that’s perfect for activities like hiking, camping, and leisure. With an impressive brightness of 500 lumens and a maximum beam distance of 80 meters, it ensures optimal visibility in any situation. Its waterproof and dustproof construction meets the IP65 standard, making it particularly rugged and durable. The headlamp is equipped with innovative hybrid technology that allows for the use of either a rechargeable battery or 3 AAA batteries, offering you flexibility in power options.
A special highlight of the Discover Blue is the Silva Intelligent Light System, which combines a long-range spot light with a close-range flood light. This ensures even illumination and improves your visibility. The red light mode helps preserve night vision, while the orange light makes it easier to read maps. For even more comfort, an additional headband with a comfortable fit is available, and the headlamp is compatible with a separately sold helmet mount.
Equipped with a four-level battery indicator and a button lock, the Discover Blue offers ease of use and safety. The rubber reinforcement increases impact resistance, and the COB-LED-technology provides a wider beam with fewer shadows. In addition, the Super-Low mode, with 15 lumens, offers an energy-saving option that’s ideal for reading. Weighing just 68 g without the battery, the flashlight is lightweight and comfortable to carry.
