The shoe impresses with its robust upper material made of Perwanger suede, which, in combination with the GORE-TEX® Performance Comfort lining, offers excellent protection against moisture and is breathable at the same time. Thanks to Salewa's innovative 3F system, flexibility, heel hold and a blister-free fit are guaranteed, while the 3D lacing system enables individual adjustment in the toe and midfoot area. The climbing shoelacing system proves to be particularly advantageous for technical passages on via ferratas or challenging mountain tours, as it allows precise fine-tuning of the shoe.
The crampon-compatible construction of the Condor EVO GTX is based on a stable insole made of nylon and 27% fiberglass, which makes it compatible with semi-automatic crampons. The Vibram Teton outsole offers excellent grip thanks to its self-cleaning tread and enables safe braking on different surfaces such as rocks, mud and snow. With a weight of 720 grams per shoe, they are light enough not to weigh you down even on longer tours.
