Salewa Litetrek II Tent

The Litetrek II from Salewa is a robust 2-person-double wall tent that has been specially developed for alpine trekking, where weather protection, stability, weight and pack size have the highest priority. Ideal for 3-season-use in milder temperatures, it can withstand wind speeds of up to 90 km/h, as tests by the Technical University of Munich have shown. The semi-geodesic double wall construction offers an excellent balance between weather protection and ventilation without restricting the interior space.
Thanks to its fully self-supporting construction, the tent can be pitched in rocky terrain without any problems, even if there are no guy ropes available. The tear-resistant 50D ripstop nylon flysheet is both silicone- and PU-coated and offers a water column of 3,000 mm. The tent floor is made of robust, PU-coated 70D ripstop nylon with a water column of 5,000 mm. The inner tent made of 66D ripstop polyester has a mesh-material entrance with integrated mosquito net, and the rear panel can be opened from the inside and outside for better ventilation.
The 3S Speed Set Up solution with short, flat pole channels and hooks makes pitching quick and easy. In good weather, the flysheet can also be pitched on its own, which offers additional flexibility. The tent has a vestibule that can be used as a storage space or cooking area, providing additional comfort and functionality for your trekkingadventures.
