Salewa Alptrek 42 +5 Backpack

The Alptrek 42 +5 backpack from Salewa is the ideal companion for extended trekking tours and mountain adventures in the Dolomites and beyond. Made from lightweight, extremely abrasion-resistant nylon, this backpack offers enough space for all your equipment with a capacity of 42 liters, which can be extended by a further five liters thanks to a height-adjustable lid compartment. The lid is also removable and can be used as a separate carry bag.
The Dry Back Custom carrying system ensures a perfect fit thanks to an adjustable back length and anatomically shaped, padded shoulder and hip straps. The load control straps allow the backpack to adapt perfectly to the back, while the pre-shaped hip fin ensures a secure fit and efficient load transfer to the hips. Large compartments provide ample space for spare clothing or tent poles, and access to the main compartment is possible from both the front and the side, allowing quick access to equipment.
For added comfort and functionality, the Alptrek 42 +5 is equipped with numerous practical features. These include elastic gear loops, a height-adjustable and removable lid, a front compartment with quick access, side compression straps, zippered hip belt pockets and an inner compartment for valuables.
