Primus Winter Gas 450g

Primus Winter Gas is a gas cartridge containing a mixture of 80% isobutane and 20% propane, designed for outdoor cooking in cold conditions down to -22 °C. It delivers consistent performance even in sub-zero temperatures and is a reliable choice for winter trips and cold days. Winter Gas is suitable for winter camping, ski touring, and other activities in sub-freezing temperatures. Use it to boil water, prepare simple meals, or reheat food. In cold weather, the pressure in conventional gas cartridges drops, causing the stove to operate less efficiently. Winter Gas is designed for these conditions and ensures that the stove functions consistently even as temperatures drop. The mixture of isobutane and propane ensures good performance in cold temperatures. The integrated Vapour Mesh—an absorbent material inside the cartridge—increases the surface area over which the gas can vaporize. This accelerates the transition from liquid to gas, resulting in higher pressure and a more stable flame in cold weather.
