The Nordic walking pole is equipped with the new Nordic Shark grip, a perfect grip -running-technology, designed for the Nordic disciplines. The new grip gives you precise guidance, control and power transfer to the pole during your training, allowing you to train effectively. The fixed-length pole is available in lengths from 100 to 130 cm. With a carbon content of 70 percent and a slim tube diameter of 16 mm, it also impresses with its low weight while meeting the highest quality standards. In order to have the perfect grip on any surface, the Flash Carbon has been equipped with a lightweight speed tip, which ensures precise pole use. The breathable Trigger Shark Frame Strap Mesh guarantees a perfect connection between hand and pole. The optimized strap offers a wide contact surface, encloses the hand securely and ensures the best power transmission.

- 1. Height:Stand up straight with your feet and back against a wall. Place a flat object (e.g. book) on your head and hold it horizontally against the wall. Now you can measure from the bottom edge of the object to the floor.
