Lightweight and waterproof footwear for winter running designed for training and daily use during the winter months in view of the skyraces in the spring. Versatile and quick to put on thanks to the Sock-Shield construction, this shoe is perfect for running on a variety of off-road surfaces. With the grippy sole, slippery surfaces can be mastered perfectly and thanks to the pronounced shoe nubs, the grip is maintained even on yielding or icy ground, reinforced also by an eventual attachment of AT-Grip spikes. The quick and intuitive lacing system with hidden lace pocket, combined with the Sock-Like collar with efficient and comfortable gaiter, completely embeds the foot without leaving empty spaces: the penetration of stones, mud or snow is completely avoided. The lacing system is integrated with the inner shank construction: this solution offers an optimal regulation of the volumes and a perfect envelopment of the foot for perfect and stable running even in traverses. The seamlessness outside and the super flexible, waterproof and breathable GORE-TEX membrane make Tempesta the perfect footwear for athletic preparation during the winter months.

EVA - INJECTED
The injected sole has high damping properties and elasticity of the material. These properties supported the forward impression during running and therefore these models are particularly suitable for off-road trails. Injected EVA midsoles reduce compression phenomena of the midsole, which can appear with advancing life and thus allow the material to maintain the same performance characteristics.
Impact Break System
Innovative system on the sole to absorb the impact, also helps in the climb and assists in braking.Designed and developed in the research and development center of La Sportiva, it offers real benefits during the run: the negative effect of the impact with the ground is minimized. Due to the special arrangement of the pimples, some of them come into contact with the ground beforehand, so the impact of the shoe profile is softer.
