On long tours, the compact Hiker Pro Transparent turns a liter of water from a lake, river or stream into fresh, drinkable water in just one minute. Thanks to a glass fiberfilter element, the filter removes bacteria, Giardia and Cryptosporidium from the water. An activated carbon granulate improves the taste of the water. The service life of the filter is up to 1,150 L, depending on the water quality. Thanks to the 130 micronpre-filter, the service life of the filter cartridge is increasedif the water is cloudy. Thanks to the transparent design, the water flow and filtering process can be tracked directly. It can also be connected to several water bottle models using the EasyFill™ adapter. Thanks to the integrated quick release, the filter can be connected to a hydration pack. The filter protector can also be cleaned effortlessly and easily on the go to ensure quick access to safe drinking water.
