Katadyn Drip Filter Ceradyn - Camping

You want drinking water but have no electricity available and want to do completely without pumping? The Katadyn Drip Ceradyn offers the perfect solution. No moving parts, no effort, just set it up and fill the container. Thanks to gravity, no effort or connection to a tap is necessary. An output of approx. 4 l/h and the reservoir for filtered water cover the water requirements in the kitchen and offer a solution for groups. The Drip Ceradyn uses three ceramic elements impregnated with silver to remove bacteria and protozoa. The microorganisms are larger than the mini pores of the filter ceramic (pore size 0.2 micron = 0.0002 mm) and are retained on or in the filter element. The service life is 150,000 l, but depends on the water quality. In contrast to disposable filters, the ceramic can be cleaned several times - cleaning on the go is also possible without any problems. The advantage is a longer service life and lower operating costs. The filter is ideal for base camps, hunting and fishing huts or campsites. The filter is also used by international aid organizations as groupequipment for water treatment.
