The polyester ripstop inner tent is water-repellent, breathable and also FR-treated, while the floor is made of 100% recycled polyester with a waterproof rating of 8000 mm.
The tent is equipped with four shock-corded duralumin poles made from lightweight, strong and elastic 7001 T6 aluminum alloy. It has two awnings and a fully opening door with mosquito net that provides excellent ventilation. The ventilation slits are equipped with a storm-proof system to provide fresh air even in bad weather. Practical storage pockets and equipment loops provide plenty of space for your essentials.
With reflective storm guy ropes and a tensioning system in the lower corners of the flysheet, the Hekla 2 FR is perfectly designed for safety and stability.
