The Ferrino Hekla 1 FR tent offers a robust dome structure made of high-quality materials to withstand all weather conditions. The flysheet is made of nylon double ripstop with a thermally insulating, aluminized polyurethanecoating and offers a waterproof rating of 3000 mm. The polyester ripstop inner tent is water-repellent and breathable, while the floor is made from 100% recycled polyester with a waterproof rating of 8000 mm.
The construction of the tent is supported by 7001 T6 hardened aluminum poles that are light, strong and resilient. Five color-coded duralumin poles make pitching much easier, while the inner tent is securely attached to the flysheet. The aluminum"Y-Pegs" provide additional stability. The entrance area offers a spacious vestibule with a fully opening door with mosquito net, and the ventilation slots are equipped with a storm-proof system.
Practical storage pockets and equipment loops inside provide space for your gear, while reflective storm lines and a tensioning system in the ground corners of the flysheet provide additional safety. The tent is equipped with loops in the ground corners to secure it with ice axes or skis in snowy conditions. An internal lamp hook, a pack sack and a repair kit are also included. A QR code provides access to an instructional video that makes setting up the tent easier.
