Exped Whiteout 45

The Whiteout 45 from Exped is the perfect companion for anyone looking to dive into the world of alpine adventure. This backpack is not only waterproof but is also made from a unique, bluesign®-certified UHMPE ripstop fabric that is extremely abrasion- and tear-resistant as well as UV-resistant. This makes it ideal for demanding mountain hikes, expeditions, and climbing adventures. With a volume of 45 liters, the Whiteout 45 offers plenty of space for multi-day outdoor adventures.
Thanks to its minimalist design and waterproof construction with a roll-top closure, it is particularly lightweight and easy to handle. The seams are taped, and the fabric withstands an impressive water column of 20,000 mm, making it a reliable companion in any weather. The special arrangement of the ice axe attachments ensures that ice axes can be secured safely and without wobbling.
The Whiteout 45 also stands out with practical features such as an exterior zippered pocket for smaller items and minimalist daisy chains for attaching additional gear. The carrying system is lightweight and minimalist, making the backpack particularly comfortable. A removable, padded hip belt improves stability, while the removable back panel with EVA padding can also serve as a seat pad during a bivouac. This backpack is the ideal choice for anyone who values functionality, lightness, and durability.
