The facts at a glance
Exped Lightning 60
The Lightning 60 from Exped is the ideal companion for extended trekking and hiking trips where light weight and superior comfort are top priorities. With a volume of 60 liters, this backpack offers plenty of space for long adventures in nature. The innovative, customizable T-Rex carrying system ensures optimal ventilation and freedom of movement by reducing pressure points, thereby providing a comfortable fit. The precisely adjustable back length allows for a perfect fit and, together with the efficient load transfer to the hip belt, ensures a stable fit, even with heavy loads.
Thanks to its well-designed volume management system, the Lightning can be flexibly adapted to the wearer’s needs. The zigzag compression straps and roll-top closure offer variable volume control while also securing larger items of gear such as sleeping pads or outer tents. Practical mesh exterior pockets, zippered pockets on the hip belt, and modular attachment points allow for organized storage and quick access to essential items.
Made from ultralight ripstop nylon with a reinforced bottom, the Lightning 60 combines minimal weight with durable performance and a well-thought-out design. This combination makes it the perfect companion for anyone who doesn't want to compromise on their trips.
