Deuter Mondego HB 8

The Mondego HB 8 from Deuter is the ideal companion for anyone who wants to try their hand at bikepacking. This innovative backpack has been specially developed for mountain bikers, road cyclists and commuters who value functionality and sustainability. Made from durable, 100% recycled PET and bluesign® certified material, it not only impresses with its environmentally friendly properties, but also with its well thought-out design.
With a volume of 8 liters, the Mondego HB 8 offers enough space for all the important items that need to be quickly to hand on the go. The main compartment has a zipper, while two elastic side pockets provide additional storage space. One of the side pockets is also equipped with a zipper to securely stow smaller items. Thanks to the elastic compression drawstring on the top, easily accessible items can be securely fastened.
Particularly noteworthy are the reflective elements, which ensure increased visibility and safety in the dark. The bag is attached to the handlebars with robust straps, which can be adjusted to different tube diameters using the Velcro fastener and spacers supplied. An additional anti-twist lock ensures that the bag remains stable in place even on uneven routes. However, please note that sand, dust or incorrectly packed bags can damage the paintwork at the contact points. To prevent chafing, it is advisable to protect the frame or luggage carrier with foam elements or protective film.
