The facts at a glance
Dalbello CX 1.0 Cabrio GripWalk
Comfortable ski boots for kids that offer a perfect fit, are easy to use, and provide excellent traction thanks to GripWalk technology.
The CX 1.0 Cabrio GripWalk from Dalbello is the ideal ski boot for young skiers who want to improve their skills on the slopes. This boot not only offers warmth and comfort, but also outstanding performance that takes kids to the next level. With its 1-buckle closure system, the boot is particularly easy to put on and take off and offers a perfect fit as well as optimal flex.
Thanks to Dalbello’s innovative Cabrio design—which combines a shell and cuff with an external Kinetic Response tongue—smoother and more progressive power transfer is achieved. This design also provides excellent shock absorption and offers high versatility and adaptability on various snow types and uneven terrain.
Another highlight of the CX 1.0 is the pre-installed GripWalk Junior sole, which offers children greater comfort and better traction while walking. These soles are compatible with GripWalk-specific bindings and can also be used with touring bindings, but not with conventional alpine bindings. This ensures greater comfort while walking and increases safety both on and off the slopes.

The essentials
- ✓A good fit if you want an easy-to-use one-buckle boot for your child
- ✓A good fit if you want a children’s boot with flex 20
- –Less so if you need a specific last width in millimetres for your child: Dalbello only specifies “Junior Last”.
What is it for?
Our take
For your child, the CX 1.0 offers a closure with just one buckle and flex 20. The Cabrio construction with an external tongue provides increasing resistance as they bend forward. The manufacturer specifies a Junior Last but no width in millimetres.
How do we know?
