Care instructions

  • WASH WITH SPECIAL CARE: Down products are delicate and require special care to maintain their maximum effectiveness. Wash them ONLY in a front-loading machine in warm water with a special liquid detergent for down (without bleach) on the gentle cycle at low speed. You may want to repeat the rinse cycle to make sure all soap residue is removed. An additional spin cycle will help remove excess water. Do not lift the product out of the washing machine, but scoop it out from the bottom.
  • CLOSE ALL ZIPPERS: Turn your product inside out before cleaning and close all Velcro® closures and zippers to avoid accidental damage.
  • Dry your product in a tumble dryer on low setting: Dry the clothes in the dryer for a longer period of time on a low setting. It is also important that you wash and dry the clothes individually. We recommend placing tennis balls or special dryer balls in the dryer to ensure that the down does not clump.
  • Have it professionally cleaned: If your down product does not fit in your washing machine or dryer, we recommend having it professionally cleaned by a company specializing in down cleaning. This will save you time and energy.
  • Do not hang to dry: If you don't have a tumble dryer, you can dry your down product over a radiator if need be. Move it from time to time so that the down retains its loft.
