The Ergo Tex is a lightweight, compact via ferrata set with belay arms made of abrasion-resistant fabric and integrated swivel for high safety and easy handling. The Ergotec 2.0 carabiners fit perfectly in the hand and are easy to use even with gloves on. Their extra-large opening allows for quick and safe attachment and detachment from the wire rope. A study in cooperation with the Technical University of Munich confirms up to 30% force savings due to the ergonomic design. The palm lock of the closure prevents accidental opening. The Ergo Tex also has an integrated swivel joint that prevents twisting of the elastic belay arms during unhooking and rehooking and enables handling close to the body.
