Speed hiking and mountain training shoe for men with motion guidance support and a high-grip MICHELIN® OCX sole. The Ultra Train 2 provides grip and support during speed hiking and mountain training. Its MICHELIN® Ultra Train sole has been developed by MICHELIN exclusively with SALEWA. It is made of the highly adhesive MICHELIN Outdoor Compound X (OCX) rubber compound, which performs particularly well on wet, slippery surfaces. The specially shaped and profiled outsole offers excellent grip and traction as well as fast rolling on uneven terrain. The Motion Guidance technology in the sole and midsole supports natural movement and sure-footedness. The upper is made of a robust, seamless material that firmly envelops the midfoot. In combination with the functional 3F system, it offers flexibility, a precise fit and secure foothold. The Anti-Rock heel cap holds the heel firmly in the shoe for additional stability and protection. In addition, there is the cushioning OrthoLite footbed. It wicks moisture away from the foot to keep it cool and dry. The stretch gaiter prevents the penetration of dirt such as gravel or leaves.
