The Carbonium Ascent is a versatile, robust and reliable 3-section telescopic carbon pole for mountaineering in any terrain, even in extreme conditions. For better protection from rocks, the lowest segment is made of high-strength aluminum. The ergonomic 2 component handle made of EVA foam and plastic with extended grip zone allows different grip positions in uneven terrain. The Titanal Powerlock system closes reliably, even in fluctuating temperatures. The pole fits compactly folded effortlessly in the backpack. Includes ice edge, trekking and snow plate.
