Patagonia M's Mountain Utility Pants

The experience of 10 years of testing by dedicated mountain guides and rescue workers has enabled us to develop the Mountain Utility Pants, the most solid working pants for the mountains. To withstand the rigours of mountain professionals, they feature a rugged H2No™ Performance Standard outer fabric made from indestructible 100% Oxford nylon, which is highly abrasion resistant and absolutely windproof, waterproof and breathable. A DWR (durable water repellent) impregnation prevents the outer material from soaking through, while increasing durability. The Mountain Utility Pants with additional gusset for maximum durability has cut knees for free movement and a fluffy jersey lining that wicks away moisture and slides easily over underwear. The legs come with ventilation vents at the thigh, complete gaiters that don't let snow in, a solid edge protection at the hem and calf inside plus waterproof coated zippers with slim zip installation for minimum volume and weight. The waistband has adjustable elastic straps for an individually adjustable fit (especially after a lunch of beer and hamburgers), a double snap fastener and a zipper in the fly.
