Mammut Wall Rider Mips

A pioneer among its peers: The Wall Rider MIPS from Mammut is the first climbing helmet to be equipped with the innovative MIPS technology and sets new standards in terms of safety. This technology protects you from rockfalls and falls by transferring the force exerted on your head in the event of side impacts through a low-friction layer. This significantly reduces the risk of brain injuries.
The helmet combines a cushioning EPP(Expanded Polypropylene) core with a partial hard shell, which offers maximum safety with minimum weight. At just 250 grams, the Wall Rider MIPS is a real lightweight and is particularly comfortable to wear thanks to its ergonomic inner shape and comfortable padding. Large ventilation openings ensure excellent air circulation and effective heat dissipation, allowing you to keep a cool head even on strenuous tours.
The minimalist and ultra-lightweight adjustment system and the full-length, fully adjustable chin strap guarantee optimum fit and adaptability. Practical features such as the clips on the front and the rubber strap on the back make it easy to attach a headlamp, making the Wall Rider MIPS the ideal companion for night-time adventures. The helmet complies with EN standard 12492 and is an excellent choice for both hikers and climbers.
