The sturdy, lightweight probe made of robust aluminum has a glove-compatible, pull-tight telescopic closure system and an ergonomic handle. With this, it can be quickly and reliably clamped open. The improved visual depth guidance system always gives you the right information about the hand. The shaped tip penetrates compacted avalanche snow efficiently - saving you energy when probing. All Mammut avalanche probes are UIAA certified and therefore efficient in rescue, durable and ergonomic in handling. This probe, with an overall length of 240 cm, measures 45 cm when folded. It comes with a probe sheath with integrated emergency plan.
