Developed with the new La Sportiva No-Edge technology, the Genius is a lace-up shoe that uniquely combines the sensitivity and performance of a "no edges" construction with the precision and adaptability of a lace-up shoe's volume. The special construction allows a perfect fit to different rock shapes, as it creates a larger contact surface with the kicks, while the lacing system guarantees comfort as the shoe adapts to the foot precisely and envelopingly. These characteristics are combined with an accentuated load-bearing capacity: the Laspoflex midsole, combined with the patented P3 system, bear the weight of the climber, even if the shoe is not excessively small. This construction form, together with the lacing system, makes the shoe the ideal companion for every foot shape, whether wide or buckled. Recommended for rock climbing, it can be worn for a long time thanks to its comfort and is also recommended for bouldering thanks to its extra-grip heels. Genius is the natural evolution of the climbing species.
