Exped Doublemat Evazote

This sturdy multi utility mat serves as a 4mm warm "tent rug" when fully extended with its 2m length and 1m width, or folded as a standard 8mm Evazote mat. Made from Evazote, an environmentally friendly closed-cell EVA (ethyl vinyl acetate) foam optimized for expedition use. Evazote has long been known for its extreme durability. Even thorns, sharp crampons or pointed stones do not harm the mat. The mat can be spread and folded in many ways. From it can also be cut insulating soles, blister patches and buoyancy aids, even serve as rain protection. The warmth is equivalent to an 8 mm thick Evazote mat, but if you sandwich clothes, backpack, leaves, etc. between the mats, it can be increased properly.
